Annika Schlemm has a background in biology and ecosystem services and joined in 2021 as a PhD researcher under prof. Ann van Griensven, with co-supervision from Dr. Katja Frieler (Postdam Institute for Climate Impact Research). Her research will explore the trade-offs and synergies between the food-energy-water-environment nexus under climate change scenarios using modelling tools such as SWAT+ (Soil & Water Assessment Tool). She is part of the inventWater cohort, which is a Marie Sklodowska Curie Action European Training Networks project.
